Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are based on the order value:

Orders below INR 4,999: INR 380 (for Normal Shipping)
Orders between INR 5,000 and INR 19,999: INR 1,250 (for Normal Shipping)
Orders between INR 20,000 and INR 29,999: INR 1,550 (for Normal Shipping)
Orders between INR 30,000 and INR 50,000: INR 2,500 (for Normal Shipping)
Orders above INR 50,000: Shipping charges vary (for Normal Shipping)
Please note that charges may vary depending on volume, weight, and fragility. Extra handling charges may apply to specific product categories.

Packaging

At Omniifique, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Our products are meticulously packaged at our fulfillment center to prevent any damage during transit. Fragile items are securely packed with high-quality bubble sheets and air cushions. We use tamper-proof packaging to ensure the safety and security of your order.

Delivery Time & Tracking Information

For Normal Shipping, please allow up to 7-10 business days from the day you receive the order confirmation for delivery. We partner with reliable courier services to make sure your order reaches you promptly. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped and again upon delivery. Return Policy

Our goal at Omniifique is to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong product dispatched.
Quality or manufacturing defect identified on the received product.
Product received in a damaged condition.
Please do not accept any package if it appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery. To initiate a return, please follow our Return Process:

Provide a good quality picture of the received product, clearly depicting the issue, along with your order details to omniifique@gmail.com.
Our Quality Assurance team will review your request within 2-3 working days.
Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
After receiving the merchandise at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated within 7 working days.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Each return request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we strive for a prompt resolution.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Refunds may be issued in the form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment used in the original purchase, except for cash payments. Store Credits are the quickest method of refund, usually processed within 24-48 hours.

Refunds for CBD payments will be issued either as Store Credits or via an account payee cheque in the customer’s name. Cheques are typically dispatched within 15 days of receiving the product, including transit time.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation requests if they are made within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued for canceled orders.
