Return Policy:

  • At OMNIIFIQUE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our modern artifacts. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide instructions for returning the merchandise.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned merchandise at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds may be issued in one of the following methods:
    1. Store Credits: Store Credits are the quickest method of refund, usually processed within 24-48 hours from the approval of your return.
    2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used in the original purchase, except for cash payments.
    3. CBD Payments: For CBD payments, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
      • Store Credits: Refunds for CBD payments may be issued as Store Credits, processed within 24-48 hours from return approval.
      • Account Payee Cheque: Alternatively, we can issue refunds for CBD payments via an account payee cheque in the customer’s name. Cheques are typically dispatched within 15 days from the date we receive the product, including transit time.

Please note that all refunds are subject to our return policy, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products unless they are damaged or defective.
